Do You Smell Mold?

Is there a stuffy smell in your kitchen or bathroom? Is there a grey or black spot on the walls which is constantly growing and you keep ignoring it? This is bad news because there might be a mold problem in your house. The good side of this coin is that if you live near Minneapolis or in the city you can ask this agency to come and help you and sort out your problem in a matter of seconds before it can reach exponential proportions, leaving you with a healthy house to live in.

Even if you discover the molds they should not be disturbed with a stick or any other object because the mold will release spores into the air which can cause harm such as infections and it can be spread around the house causing it to develop further more, making harder to get rid of it. Also, if the mold is toxic as it has been found out that 16 species of molds are toxic to the human body, it will release mycotoxins and this will cause serious damage to your body which can lead to certain death if it’s left untreated in time.

Molds on a dry wall can be removed by cutting the piece of the wall if it has not been painted because dry walls are porous and once the mold is inside the wall it will become a problem removing it. But if the wall is painted, then simply washing and scrubbing it off  will take away the headache of the mold and it will leave your walls clean. If the mold has developed on wood then it is not necessary to worry about the mold, because once it has been contained by methods such as dehumidifying, the mold will be stopped from growing further, and the wood will not be all covered by the mold.

However, it is better to ask the advice of an expert in case the molds are not clearly visible or have spread in an area which is not easily accessible or has spread over a larger area. In such cases, disturbing the mold is not advisable and you should let the experts do their job. This agency will make an inspection and then take some samples and test the mold found in your house to determine exactly where it has been formed and how to restore your home to the way it was before.
